We spend tons of money on products, and hours in the gym, to achieve the look we want. What if you could have it all without lifting a finger? Well, sorry you can’t. But you can get lots of help with Functionalab advanced Nutricosmetics& Nutraceuticals. They have an array of non prescription supplements to support all your beauty needs. Their packaging is super cute too. A few of my faves; Age defense, Weight Management, Hair Skin & Nails. So head over to http://www.functionalab.com/home, and start swallowing ;)……

There is a new product out there that is sure to improve the condition of your scalp. Healthy hair starts with a healthy scalp. Giovanni Wellness System Shampoo and Conditioner will definitely impress you. They have combined the knowledge of ancient chinese botanicals and modern Western ingredients. It soothes your scalp and eliminates the sources of itchiness, while strengthening your roots. The moment you start to use it, you can feel it working. To me is smells like Eucalyptus, and extra bonus if you have a stuffy nose, cuz this stuff is strong. It’s best to let the product absorb into your head, so you will be spending some extra time in the shower, may I suggest inviting a friend ;)…..

Whether I’m using a flat-iron, a blow dryer, round or flat brush, even a messy bun to jump in to bed, you’ll always find me using my Crane Clips from Metropolis Technology. They are similar to the one’s your hairdresser likely uses to section your hair when cutting. The difference is, these are more gentle on your hair, and come in a pretty blue and white design. I have extremely long and thick hair, and all I need is one clip to hold it all up. I usually use three to section of my hair for styling. This is the type of tool you’ll only have to buy once in your life. They do not rust and last forever. Hold tight your hair, let go your inhibitions………

My Remmington MPT-3000 Precision Trimmer Detailer. Every Man and Woman should have one of these. I have two. I live in Miami, so I’m always in a bikini. I am also incapable of getting a perfect shave. I don’t know why, but I always seem to miss some little one inch spot here or there, ankle or knee. It’s so convenient to do quick touch ups with this little pen size trimmer. I know some women that use it for pesky facial hairs, but I can not vouch for that. I recommend you test a spot and see how it grows in. There are a few good brands out there that work well. Most run under $10, and come with batteries already in them. I Can’t say the same about your other vibrating devices……….;)

From drab to fab! Yes I’m talking about hair again! There are thousands of shine products on the market today. One of my favorites is Citre Shine Anti- Frizz Laminator. This product is inexpensive, but works like the high price competition, if not better. It’s extremely light weight, adds tons of shine, and softens your overall look. It comes in a pump, but when my hair is a little extra out of whack, i spray it into my hands and run it top to bottom. It smells yummy and is full of protectors from heat and the environment. Lastly it is alcohol free, unlike you and I…….

Do not mess around with cheap, average, flat irons! They will damage your hair, along with giving you average results. For professional style with healthy benefits use the best tools. My go to flat iron is the Turboion Croc. This amazing tool not only straightens, but also seals the cuticle to prevent split ends,  reduce frizz, and retain hair’s natural moisture, oil, and color. It uses infra-red heat and negative ions, which basically means good technology stuff that makes you look hot. My iron has the “wet to dry” plates meaning you can use it on damp hair. Although it says it’s safe and good for you, I am still wary. I advise waiting for your hair to be at least 95% dry. So adorn your head with silky shiny hair, to cover up that messy, dirty mind……

I try to wash my hair as little as possible. Dry shampoo and my scalp have become close friends. But my long strands yearned for attention. That is until they hooked up with T3 Orlando Pita Renew Dry Conditioner. The benefit of using this is to bring back the softness and salon finish look to your hair. It’s super lightweight, which is important considering your putting it on your stinky unwashed hair that has enough grease to make a mechanic jealous. It has a pleasant smell, completely colorless, and is full of healthy stuff. I’m tempted to spray it on all those that invade my personal space. You know who you are sweaty man always standing to close to me at the gym!

I have had my T3 Featherweight Tourmaline Ionic dryer for over 7 years. It came to me from heaven and changed my life forever. This blow dryer has many incredible things going for it; weighs less the 1 pound, cut’s drying time %60, and generates negative ions and far-infrared heat (that’s science talk for leaves hair healthy and shiny). If you have curly or wavy hair the diffuser is fantastic. I highly recommend this dryer, but shop around because its expensive. But any man will tell you a good blow is worth it. 😉

L’oreal Paris Elnett Satin Hairspray is the best beauty product I have come across in the last few years. This product holds very well, but best of all it’s soft to the touch. Even better- it brushes out. AND, if you’re like me and don’t brush your hair, is sort of shakes out. There is no residue left over, just fabulous style. I use the extra stong hold with UV filter. I have tried the other kinds and they all work well. Don’t be that girl with the um , white sticky stuff in your hair…

LOreal-EverstrongMy favorite drug store hair care line is L’oreal EverStong Sulfate Free Shampoo and Conditioner’s. My Miami hairstylist was the one to turn me on to this . As you’ll get to know I love all things L’oreal, and I’m obsessed with my hair. This Product works as good if not better than Salon quality brands.Best of all it’s Sulfate free, and if you do your research, that’s an important thing. It comes in a few different formulas for dyed hair, dehydrated hair, etc. All that’s missing is the oops I got my hair in my food last night and didn’t realize till this morning line. Or am i like the only one that happens to?
