Face-Whisperer-Eye-Winkand so is my eye cream. I have been using Sublime Beauty’s Face Whisperer Advanced Eye gel. This line was developed in France to reduce dark circles, bags,  puffiness, and decrease fine lines and wrinkles. The power ingredients are Eyeliss-(increases lymphatic function, decreases inflammation) Haloxyl- (reduces dark circles, anti inflammatory)  Matrixl- (doubles collagen production).
