I have a new favorite foundation and it’s expensive. Tom Ford’s Traceless Soft Matte Foundation is lux! It is medium to full coverage and feels like nothing on the skin. It has a matte finish with light diffusing microspheres to blur any imperfections. The foundation is infused with Hyaluronic Acid, Vitamin C, E, and Caffeine to plump and care for your skin. It lasts all night and will work in humid environments. If you want to spend the money this is it!

Lip Gloss from Mally. This gloss is shiny and lightweight. There is no tackyness, and it lasts (for a gloss). I love the applicator. It grabs the perfect amount for application, and the pointed tip allows you to be exact with placement. I loved the color on me, and think it would work well with most skin tones. It is a nice in-between of a berry and a pink. There is a light tingle when applied. I did not notice any plumping, however I have big lips so it’s not always evident. Lips are left hydrated, soft, comfortable. The gloss has Vitamin E, Rice Bran oil, Jojoba Seed and Sweet Almond Oils to soften and moisturize. I will be using this flexible nude from Summer to Winter.

To say I’m Obsessed with Vacation Sunscreen is an understatement. Their latest invention, Classic Whip SPF 30 Sunscreen Mousse is my favorite of the line. It is also my favorite body sunscreen I’ve ever tried. It is SPF 30 Broad Spectrum, water resistant up to 80 minutes, and fun. I have turned so many people on to this line and this particular product. Both Men and Women have commented on how amazing the smell is. I even have two friends that went and bought the Vacation Perfume after using this. It is unbelievably lightweight, and quickly melts into skin. I think all sunscreen should now come in a whip can. On top of SPF there is also Coconut Oil, Aloe Vera, Banana Extract, Shea Oil, and Vitamin E. Remember a little goes a long way. Its so fun to use, it’s easy to over spray. I’m praying to the Vacation Gods that they come out with an SPF 50 in this.

There is nothing not to love about Vacation sunscreen. It smells amazing. I would call it “musky tropical”. The only thing this product doesn’t have for me is the degree of protection I prefer. I like 50 and higher. That being said, the 30 did a great job protecting my skin.  It is broad spectrum which is a must. Never use a sunscreen that is not! I like that it is non aerosol, yet has a continuous spray. The spray works at all angels so no problem doing your back and legs etc. The feel is lightweight, with no stickyness or white cast. It is completely transparent and layers well. I like that it uses coconut oil, aloe, vitamin e, shea oil, and Banana extract. It’s a vegan brand you can feel good about using. Check out their instagram and website, it’s really cute.

with your skin. When you need a deep clean, have a breakout, or skin is seeming dull try Bubble’s Come Clean Detoxifying Clay Mask. It uses Brazilian purple clay to pull out impurities and toxins. It clears pores and refreshes skin. Vitamin E helps fight free radicals and protect against the environment. Melia Azadirachta Flower extract is a powerful antioxidant, and Azelaic Acid exfoliates to even out tone. So play dirty with Bubble so you can come clean…

with Larkly’s SPF 30 Mineral Sunscreen. Summer is here and you better be protecting your skin. I love the ease of doing touch-ups with this sustainable, mineral based, powder sunscreen. You can keep one in your purse, one in the car, and one in your beach bag. The powder is translucent, yet gives your skin a subtlety filtered look. I use it on my face and body, especially my hands while I’m driving. Larkly offers easy to replace refills, so there is less waste on your reorder. Another bonus of this product is it’s TSA friendly! The ultra soft brush is “self-dispensing”. The sunscreen blocks both UVA & UVB rays, and also includes antioxidants like Resveratrol, Green Tea, Vitamin E, and Licorice Root Extracts. So show some skin this summer, as long as you’re protecting it with Larkly ;)….

Skintensive is a skincare line created by two Harvard trained dermatologists. It uses natural, ethically produced ingredients for results you can see. The formulas are designed form maturing skin, but of course work on all types. They believe “nature is our inspiration and science is our guide”.  I have been using the Bruise & Scar Cream. It is designed to help with bruises and scars especially post procedure. The power ingredients are Arnica Montana (anti-inflammatory), Vitamin K (bruise healling/collagen forming), Coconut Oil(anti inflammatory/hydrating/soothing)and Vitamin E.  I have been testing it on a scar and it has definitely sped up the healing time. So get intense on your scars with Skintensive, because no one needs to know you had a procedure or are just a clutz ;)…

Bodyography is a clean beauty brand, that infuses their products with beneficial ingredients like antioxidants, superfoods, and minerals. The whole line is cruelty free, paraben free, and gluten free. I have been using their Pro Perfect Foundation Stick, and their Hydrating Mask. The Foundation Stick gives medium to full coverage with a demi-matte finish. It glides on quick and easy for a flawless complexion. I put it on directly to my skin and blend out with a foundation brush. You can play around with multiple sticks to use for contouring and concealing. The foundation is infused with Vitamins C&E and Aloe. The Hydrating Mask uses antioxidant fruit and plant extracts. It hydrates and improves texture to leave you with a healthy glow. Skin is left plump and hydrated. So treat yourself with Bodyography, and let others take note…

when it comes to face masks. I love mixing them myself, and you don’t have to worry about them expiring and drying out. This week I started using Terra Beauty’s Matcha Sea Clay Dry Mask. Terra Beauty is a 100% natural, peta approved, vegan, clean cosmetics line. It is owned by 3 sisters that are first generation Brazilian Americans. They grew up on the farms of Brazil and Italy and took that knowledge into their beauty products. The mask uses microfined matcha, green tea, sea clay, white kaolin clay, and vitamin e. So mask up with Terra Beauty, and help renew your skin before you have to put that other kind of face mask on…

Restorative_Butter_Masque_03_800x
is a haircare brand you should get to know. It was created to treat both the root causes and visible signs of aging. It allows for a “renewed follicle structure and texture for healthy lustrous, vibrant hair.” Overuse of chemicals, styling products and heat can cause follicles to shrink, and damage the hair structure and inflame the scalp. Of course, if aging is not an issue for your hair, this line is still going to give you the boost you’re looking for. I have been using their Hair Redemption Restorative Butter Masque. It has Vitamin E, Mango, Macadamia, Avocado, Cupuacu, and Murumuru Butters. I find my hair is more manageable and super soft and shiny. My hair feels lighter and fresher when I use it. It is safe for color, Keratin, and chemically treated hair. So get Better Not Younger for hair, and stick with the motto for your life….
