I love my Solawave Radiant Renewal Skincare Wand. This tool is so easy to use, and does not take long to do a treatment. To me those are the two most important qualities in an at home device. This wand is actually very affordable as well. Solawave has their own line of recommended products to use with this device. I used my own serums and had wonderful results. You are best to use a product like a Hyaluronic Acid (which I did) or something Water or Aloe Vera based. Reapply if it dries into your skin before you finish your treatment. You want that “slip” there to help move the wand and transfer the microcurrent . The wand uses Red Light Therapy for radiance and antiaging effects as well as fighting dark spots and blemishes. The Microcurrent Therapy stimulates the deeper layers of your skin while the facial massage from the low vibration fights puffiness. Lastly the Therapeutic Warmth helps promote better penetrations of your products.

Here’s what grabbing my attention this month….

The Invisibobble is my new favorite hair elastic, because it’s so much more than an elastic. It doesn’t kink your hair, or cause split ends. It replaces the need for bobbypins, by securing while holding your hair.

My hair is soft and light because I’m using Shea Moisture’s Fruit Fusion Coconut Water Weightless Creme Rinse. It’s extreamly lightweight so your hair can reach volume goals. It’s organic and filled with good stuff like dragon fruit, lychee berry, and green apple extracts.

The volume doesn’t stop at my hair, my lashes are feeling it to. My new go-to mascara is Loreal’s Feline Noir. It gives instant volume, with full lash density and an intense black color.

My makeup drawer has another addition. Skinfood’s spoon foundation brush. It is made for foundation but I use it for blending. It’s best for when I go to heavy on the bronzer or blush to really spread it out.

my sheet masks that is. I love these masks for many reasons. Not only do they provide major nutrients and hydration, their is no cleanup. You just peel it off your face and tap in the remaining product. They stick very well, so you can go about your business with whatever you’re doing around the house, no need to lay down. I love Talika’s Bio Enzymes Mask. It uses alpine herbs, sodium hyaluronate and hydrophilic sugars.

I’m also loving eco-conscious sheet masks from BioRepublic. They have witch hazel,water, licorice root, star anise, green tea extract and vitamin E, to deliver the necessities the skin needs to maintain a natural glow. The cucumber breeze is my favorite, because I love the smell. So get in my sheets, you’ll thank me….

This bottled water is natural spring water, bottled straight from the source of Iceland. “It has exceptional balance from a naturally low, “sweet spot” mineral content and an uncommonly high and naturally occurring alkaline pH level of 8.4, Icelandic Glacial provides a clean fresh taste with the perfect healthy balance for the body” So stay hydrated, and sweet…

mousseof my hair. So thank God I found IT&LY hair products. I have been using their Mousse. Yes, Mousse is back! The Purity Design Pure Style Mousse Strong lets me leave the house with wet hair- that dries in controlled waves. It is not left sticky or hard like I thought Mousse would. I use the Purity Design Pure Water Drops on my hair when dry, to add major shine and smooth out any frizz. It is lightweight yet effective. So try out IT&LY and enjoy the control…..

I’m a snackaholic. So I thought I’d share what I’m obsessed with lately. I live a mostly gluten free life. The below are all PMS approved, and in no particular order;

creamy_peanut_free_front1

NutZo nut butter I love this stuff. I’m sure it goes great on everything, but I eat it by the spoon straight from the jar. I like the creamy peanut free version. It’s made of organic cashews, organic almonds, organic brazil nuts, organic flax  seeds, organic hazelnuts, organic chia seeds, organic pumpkin seeds, and sea salt. They give a portion of proceeds to Project Left Behind.

Fudge-PretzelsGlutino Chocolate covered Pretzels. Do I really need to explain why I’m obsessed? This is the heavenly mix of sweet and salty while being gluten free.

theoTheo 70% dark chocolate with sea salt chocolate bars. These bars are amazing and they are organic, fair trade, non gmo, and benefit a great cause- The World Bicycle Relief. Theo is the ” first organic and Fair Trade chocolate factory in the country, our founding principle is that the finest artisan chocolate in the world can (and should) be produced in an entirely ethical, sustainable fashion. All of our ingredients are carefully screened and 3rd party verified to ensure they meet our standards for social and environmental responsibility.”

schick-hydro-silk-700
so is your new favorite razor.The Schick hydro Silk Disposable razor is the best razor I have ever used. It is available in refillable or disposable. The uniquely curved design allows for the closest shave possible. Great for underarms and bikini line. The 5 blades mean business, and the water activated moisturizing strip leaves your skin silky. So shave up with schick, and go bare….

Between You and The Moon is a crafty little company that you should get familiar with. Of all their amazing holistic products – the Perfection Pore Refining Mask is what I’m most crazy for. Seriously, it’s the best mask I’ve used in a long time. You get crafty with this product making it yourself. The Clay is hand mixed, in small batches and takes 6 weeks of weekly infusions of herbs. The clay comes as a loose grey powder, in which you add your choice of; water, herbal tea, aloe vera juice and any other creative essential oil you choose. Make it to the consistency you like and apply. You can either lie down with a warm cloth covering your face or let it harden and tighten. When you wash it off your left with clearer revived skin and smaller pores. So get crafty in more ways than one….
