Karin_Herzog_Chocolate__Face_Cream_50ml_1372664656chocolate in my life. That’s why I’m now using it in my skincare. Chocolate by Karni Herzog is a rich cream for deep hydration. It is formulated with nourishing wheat germ, toning orange oil, and moisturizing avocado oil. “Chocolate! promotes a healthy radiance and smooth, soft texture while providing a truly decadent skin care experience.” It has the scent of chocolate too!  I also love the Oxygen Face. It is an oil free oxygen treatment, which contains 2% active oxygen. It is designed to treat and regulate acne prone skin. The oxygen penetrates deep into the skin, to neutralize bacteria and eliminate toxins. It also increases hydration, and rids clogged pores.  So put chocolate on your face and let someone have a taste….

choc-bar_firecracker_1with Chuao Chocolatier firecracker Bar. My latest chocolate obsession. This dark chocolate is made with chipotle and a sprinkling of sea salt. As you chew you’ll notice popping candy explodes and starts a party in your mouth. It is ethically sourced cacao, all natural, and gluten free. So get with the wild side of chocolate.

I’m a snackaholic. So I thought I’d share what I’m obsessed with lately. I live a mostly gluten free life. The below are all PMS approved, and in no particular order;

NutZo nut butter I love this stuff. I’m sure it goes great on everything, but I eat it by the spoon straight from the jar. I like the creamy peanut free version. It’s made of organic cashews, organic almonds, organic brazil nuts, organic flax  seeds, organic hazelnuts, organic chia seeds, organic pumpkin seeds, and sea salt. They give a portion of proceeds to Project Left Behind.

Fudge-PretzelsGlutino Chocolate covered Pretzels. Do I really need to explain why I’m obsessed? This is the heavenly mix of sweet and salty while being gluten free.

theoTheo 70% dark chocolate with sea salt chocolate bars. These bars are amazing and they are organic, fair trade, non gmo, and benefit a great cause- The World Bicycle Relief. Theo is the ” first organic and Fair Trade chocolate factory in the country, our founding principle is that the finest artisan chocolate in the world can (and should) be produced in an entirely ethical, sustainable fashion. All of our ingredients are carefully screened and 3rd party verified to ensure they meet our standards for social and environmental responsibility.”

of these snacks I’m obsessing on. First up are skinny crisps. I haven’t tried all the flavors yet , but so far I like the plain Janes. They are great tasting crackers that are gluten-free, and have approximately one half a net carb per cracker. These low carb crackers are awesome in any dip, and amazing alone. Next up, Somersaults. I’ve only tried the Pacific Sea Salt and Dutch Cocoa variety. Both good, obsessed with the Cocoa. They are crunchy nuggets, baked with sunflower seeds and toasted grains. This snack will satisfy your salt urge, with out the high sugar and fat. They are low calorie and high protein. So take a bite out of my faves, and let others get a taste…..
