This line was developed in France to reduce dark circles, bags,  puffiness, and decrease fine lines and wrinkles. The power ingredients are Eyeliss-(increases lymphatic function, decreases inflammation) Haloxyl- (reduces dark circles, anti inflammatory)  Matrixl- (doubles collagen production).
