WHAT I’M INTO…

this August. I found some new products that I am really enjoying. The first is DRMTLGY’s Luminous Eye Corrector with SPF 41. This may be my favorite find of the year. It is a color corrector with SPF. It works so well you may not need concealer with it. The good news is it lays beautifully under makeup. It is packed with good for you ingredients. I like to apply it with my finger.

Next I’ve gotten into Lancome’s LIP IDÔLE SQUALANE BUTTERGLOW HYDRATING LIP BALM in keep it Glowy. This is a barely there, lip enhancing product. I like to use it for a no makeup look. It feels hydrating and soft.

Lastly I am using Neutregena’s Rapid Wrinkle Repair Retinol Pro+ .5% Power Serum. This serum absorbs super fast and is extremely lightweight. It fights wrinkles and dark spots. I layer a heavier moisturizer on top.

THERE’S NO JUNE GLOOM….

in this month’s skincare and makeup finds. This month I’ve switched things up with some fabulous finds. I have been using Ren’s Ready Steady Glow Daily AHA Tonic. It has a delicious cucumber smell. It uses Lactic Acid and Salicin(BHA) to exfoliate, brighten, tighten and hydrate. It’s gentle enough to use every day.

In the morning I follow that with Lancome’s amazing Renergie HCF Triple Serum. It’s and anti aging serum with Hyaluronic Acid, Vitamin C, Niacinamide, and Ferulic Acid. This serum feels luxurious. It’s designed to improve volume loss, reduce wrinkles, and brighten dark spots. It has a unique triple chamber packaging to combine ingredients in the perfect balance.

My makeup find is Kosas’s Air Brow lifting treatment gel. I use this in the daytime for a natural yet enhanced look. It adds volume with a soft flexible hold. Kosas is a clean beauty brand, and this gel is boosted with hair care actives to help brows grow and thicken. It has biodegradable plant based microfibers for fullness and volume. Panthenol Provitamin B5, Biotinoyl Tripeptide-1, Trehalose, and Hyaluronic Acid for Brow health. It’s the perfect not too dry not too wet brow product.

hydrate, protect, and prime with Lancome’s new UV Expert Sunscreen Aquagel Defense spf 50 Priming Moisturizer. I love this product. It has become my go-to daytime moisturizer. It is an oil free, lightweight, deeply hydrating moisturizer. No need to layer extra sunblock, because this has you covered with spf 50. Your skin is left with a matte base that acts as a perfect primer. I got mine in an influenster box, and I’m so glad I did. This is definitely something I will purchase again. It is made with Vitamin E, Moringa and Edelweiss. The aquagel texture turns into a water like, blendable gel that absorbs quickly. So get with this Lancome do it all, and do a little less this summer….

So is my absolute favorite concealer to all other concealers. Cle de Peau Concealer is not cheap. It will run you around $70. But, if you’re looking for the ultimate in concealer, especially when it comes to that hard to cover under eye area, this is the one. I prefer to warm it up with my fingers before applying to the eye area. If I want to go the extra mile I find layering Cle de Peau under lancome Effacernes waterproof under eye concealer equals perfection. Now that you’ve covered up those bags under your eyes  from partying all night, please do something about the stench of alcohol leaking out of your pores!
