SUMMER SELECTIONS

These are the products I’m enjoying this summer. First off is Naked Sundays CabanaGlow SPF 50 Mineral Glow Serum Drops in Bronze. This product does everything! I can wear it as foundation to be a bronzed goddess. It easily glides all over with it’s serum texture. It’s mineral with major protection. You will get compliments!

I’m setting my makeup with Kopari’s Sunglaze Sheer Setting Mist. This sets your makeup while giving you an illuminating glow. The mist is very fine and weightless. 

When I want face sunscreen without a bronzing affect I have been using Shisiedo’s Urban Environment Mineral Clear Sunscreen with SPF 50. It’s lightweight with hardly any whitecast. It layers great under makeup and is loaded with good for you skin ingredients.

Since I like to take the scent of the beach with me I’ve been covering myself in Vacation’s new Body Mist in their signature award winning fragrance. It’s a coconut, banana, paradise.

Lastly I’m chilling poolside or on the beach with Daizy’s Social Soda. These THC drinks work. Powered by delta 9 and have you feeling just fine….

SPRAY IT…

everywhere. Maison Louis Marie’s Fleur de Vanille Hair and Body Mist. This mist is perfect for someone who likes a subtle sugary, vanilla scent. It does not overpower and will mix well with most perfumes. The spray is gentle and will not affect your hairstyle. It works upside down so you can hit any angle. It is called warm and spicy but I think it is warm and musky. I love that it is alcohol free, so I know it won’t be damaging to my hair. It is powered with hyaluronic acid and seaweed extract which are designed to moisturize the skin.

SOMETHING SMELLS….

good!  It’s Juliette Has A Gun’s Juliette. First off I love the packaging. It’s simple yet stands out. I love the color combination of Red and Silver. The bottle is classy and stable. It looks great on my vanity and is not too fragile to be around other things. Now the smell! It is outstanding. It is different and will get you noticed but not in an overpowering way. To me it is a romantic, nighttime smell. It wears well and I found I could easily layer it. I tried it with a Vanilla perfume and it played very well. The notes that stand out are floral, musk, and jasmine. I think it’s a perfume for all ages and genders too. I could easily see a man using this as a cologne.

when I walk by. It’s because I’m wearing Mood perfume from the Lyfestyle Co. This is a brand you need to get to know. All their products are amazing, clean, and chic. I have fallen in love with their Mood Perfume. It is “infused with hints of jasmine, cedarwood, amber, and saffron to create the perfect alchemy between elegance and sophistication.” I think they figured out how to bottle sexy. Each perfume is infused with crystals under the full moon. Who knew a natural perfume could be so good. So checkout the Lyfestyle Co because clean is sexy.

IT SMELLS LIKE SUMMER…..

or maybe it’s me? I’m drenched in Serge Lutens scents this summer. His various perfumes cover an array of fragrances. My favorites are the lighter, powdery ones I’ve listed here. When asked of Serge,”What is your current philosophy with regard to perfume?” his response is – “Perfume resides at the very heart of us. It is a means of self-expression. It is the dot on our “I”, a way of contemplating ourselves and sensing who we really are. It is also, in some ways, a weapon which seduces more by consequence than design. I love everything on their site, but at the moment I’m most obsessed with the lip glosses. The Naked Shine line is a range of gorgeous, sheer, nude shades. It is lightweight yet moisturizing and creamy. The formula has a lip plumping peptide, as well as almond oil, babassu oil, vitamins c & e, and antioxidants. My favorite color is Barely Nude. It’s perfect alone and amazing over lipstick. I also love the Midnight Bloom body and boudoir spray. It is a sensual blend of vanilla musk, citrus, and eastern floral notes.
