by BeautyBio has been a great find. The Eyelighter Concenrate with Vitamin C & Plant Powered-Retinol is for both day and night eye-skincare. I prefer to put it on with my ring finger and then massage it in with the cooling metal tip. It is lightweight and designed to function as a primer as well. Your eye are is left brightened, hydrated, and protected. I think it will be great for all skin types.

Haus Labs By Lady Gaga. There’s a ton I like from this line. Currently my favorite is their Tricone Skin Tech Hydrating + De Puffing Concealer with Fermented Arnica. This concealer is lightweight while giving full coverage. It feels hydrating and is easy to blend.  The ingredients are designed to help with under eye dark circles as well as blemishes. I found it doesn’t crease as much as my previous favorite concealer. If it’s good enough for Gaga, it’s good enough for me….

color corrected, with Huda Beauty’s FauxFilter Brightening Under Eye Color Corrector. There are a lot of great color correctors on the market today. The reason this one has become my favorite is the formula. It blends out easily and quickly. There is no creasing. Sometimes I put it on first before my concealer and other times I use them at the same time and blend. Both ways work great. It is lightweight, and transfer proof. If you’re not satisfied with the look of your under eye and concealer alone- this could be your fix.

this August. I found some new products that I am really enjoying. The first is DRMTLGY’s Luminous Eye Corrector with SPF 41. This may be my favorite find of the year. It is a color corrector with SPF. It works so well you may not need concealer with it. The good news is it lays beautifully under makeup. It is packed with good for you ingredients. I like to apply it with my finger.

Next I’ve gotten into Lancome’s LIP IDÔLE SQUALANE BUTTERGLOW HYDRATING LIP BALM in keep it Glowy. This is a barely there, lip enhancing product. I like to use it for a no makeup look. It feels hydrating and soft.

Lastly I am using Neutregena’s Rapid Wrinkle Repair Retinol Pro+ .5% Power Serum. This serum absorbs super fast and is extremely lightweight. It fights wrinkles and dark spots. I layer a heavier moisturizer on top.

Stay tuned for September Super Stars….

products for my eyes. That’s why I’m using The Body Firm line -Crepe Erase Lift & Smooth Eyelid Treatment . I have sensitive eyes and have had zero reaction to the product. The rollerball applicator is soothing to use. It gives a cooling feel to the eye area which is always welcome. The serum itself is lightweight and not greasy. You can layer the product with other eye creams if you choose, though I don’t find it necessary. The dry down time is fast so it is not an issue under makeup. I see this becoming part of my everyday routine. I think it’s a great idea to tend to the eyelid as well as the under-eye area.

Here’s what I’m into this month…..

For my hair I’m loving Carol’s Daughter Born To Repair Shampoo and Conditioner. It makes hair strong, soft, and manageable.

I’m also really liking the Agadir Rosemary & Rice Water collection for both in shower and styling products.

On my face and lips I’m liking Macrene Actives High Performance Face Cream, Serum, and Lip Filler. The line gives results and is packed with good for you ingredients.

My Essence is called a Toner but it does all the things. It’s Alleven’s Total Toner.

Lastly, for my girls that love budget find, She Glam’s Insta Ready Face and Under Eye Setting Powder Duo in Bubble Gum is an incredible under eye brightener. It will also lock your concealer in place.

well, my lashes have. I have the good problem of having very long lashes. This is a problem because they touch my brow bone and under eye area. The undereye is the bigger problem since I don’t want any dark color there. I thought I’d give tubing mascara a go, and I thought I’d go for a cheap brand that never lets me down. Essence’s Bye Bye Panda Eyes does the trick! It’s only $4.99 at Ulta. A few quick swipes on my lashes and they are good to go with zero smudge. It comes off easy with my regular nighttime cleanser.

some people think eye cream is unnecessary. I strongly disagree. I also think this is one of the products you should put money into. Lately, I am enjoying Doris Day MD’s CE+HPR Eye. This is to be used at night, because it has retinol in it. They have also included Vitamin C & E. It is designed to cater to the delicate skin around the eye. It will go to work on fine lines and discoloration. If you want an active eye cream, give this one a go…

I absolutely love COSMEDIX’s I Complex Advanced Eye Gel . This may be my new favorite eye cream out there. The packaging is fabulous. You can lock and unlock the top to preserve the product and not let any slip out. The tip has five metal rollerballs on it. It gives a lovely massage to the eye area and helps product penetrate. I like it much more than other “eye massage” tips I have tried with other brands. The gel itself is perfect for the eye area. It is light and instantly absorbs into skin. I found it worked perfectly under my eye makeup. I love that it uses Bakuchiol instead of Retinol. If you have sensitive eyes, or dry eye Retinol is not advised for the skin in that area. I felt an overall hydration and brightness.

I love most things I try from Kosas. Recently I tried both their Concealer and Foundation. They do not disappoint. Kosas’s Revealer Concealer. For me I prefer to use it to lighten areas of my face as apposed to under eye concealer. It does work well under the eyes, but I prefer something a with a bit more coverage for that area. I love the applicator. It makes it really easy to apply directly to your face where you need it. It feels good on my skin and lasts. The Revealer Skin-Improving Foundation with Broad Spectrum SPF 25 is fantastic. It feels light on the skin and dries down fast. It lasts all day and night, and worked well with my other products. It gives a medium finish with a touch of glow. I think oily and dry skin would work well with it.
