before you know it. So I’m getting a jump-start on stocking hydrating products for the cold & dry season. I love Key West Aloe’s Frangipani Salt Scrub for the shower. cleansing in the shower. When I want a softer cleanser I have been using Gilchrist & Soames Essentiel Elements Bathe Shower Gel. (It’s a british company, that’s how they spell things) This body wash has an orange blossom fragrance, which is uplifting and invigorating. It is rich in vitamins c, e, and loads of antioxidants. It does not over dry and is paraben & phthalate free.

When I’m looking for a stronger scrub I’ve been turning to Board and Batten’s My Softer Side Sugar Scrub. It smells amazing, and is all natural. It is made with shea butter, aloe, raw sugar, citrus and geranium essential oils. It will stimulate circulation and eliminate dead skin cells. So however you like to do it in the shower, do it with the best…..
