WHERE DO YOU GET THIS ? I love the idea of the rollerball applicator. Especially since I live in the harsh cold winter. Tell me more… I want to know if it leaves an oily residue or if it’s like a good hand moisturizer for cuticles ? Those moisturizers never for for me around the nails. Not to mention they dull your polish. So where do you buy this and how much?
