But Charlotte Tilbury’s EXAGGER-EYES VOLUME MASCARA, is as good as they say it is. The wand has a curl so it gives you great lift, while the bristles are set perfectly to divide and lengthen. It does not transfer or irritate my sensitive eyes. Get bigger, better lashes with one stroke. This has become a top 5 in a very competitive category.
