if you don’t protect yourself. I have been using Mustela’s SPF 50+ Broad Spectrum Mineral Sunscreen Lotion.  It is 100% minerals and provides UVA / UVB broad spectrum protection. It uses naturally derived sunscreen filters like titanium dioxide, and zinc oxide, as well as being praben free, phthalatae free, phenoxyethanol-free, fragrance-free, PABA-free and hypoallergenic. It’s water and sweat resistant. I like to follow-up post sun with the After Sun Spray. It is a refreshing and moisturizing lotion to hydrate following sun exposure. So have fun but be safe, in all areas….;)

With Summer around the corner, it’s time to get serious about sun protection. I find it odd that most day creams don’t have spf in them.
